I have been missing in action for a while , but no problems just sloth.
Vj & are I are still trying to sell this house and have reduced the price again in hope of taking advantage of the spring selling season. We will see what happens.
VJ is doing well , her ability to move around continue to deteriorate and her speech as well . What is holding steady is her positive attitude and her wish to shop. She like to buy not only clothes , but things for the house . She bough a new set of dishes, place mats and napkins and now want me to have Ralph & Trish over for dinner. She has her hair done once a week and we get out most ever day for lunch. There have been no change in her Med recently .
I am in the same boat with a lot of other folks , I am having a hard time with allergies and my Doc, can't provide much relief , I think I am going to see a allergy specialist. To old to put up with a lot of this crap.
I had an interesting thing happen recently, several week ago I received a text from two member of my old team at work letting me know they had received the presidents award , which is the top team award in the bank. Last week I got an invitation from the guy who took my place inviting me to attend the team celebration in June. I have been gone four years. It came as a surprise and to start with I was not sure what I should do , but I think I will attend .
The political season is in full swing and I would like to think the election would bring some positive change , but he sad truth ,the bureaucratic are in charge and congress seem to be work for them instead of the other way. The elected folk seem to be afraid of the career staffers. The public union have become so powerful in the federal government , there is little option to remove government workers. President Reagan was the last elected official who took a stand with the unions.
The weather has been great for golf and my game has been up & down .
